Although the fest was over , there was a mood of celebration still. Many had got new friends ( girlfriends and boyfriends rather ) . People interact a lot in the festive moods except for the few shy , not so confident guys like me.
Priyankar (Pinky ) and Pande would never stay in weekends whatever be the emergency. It felt as if they needed oxygen and the bottles were in North Kolkata in their homes. They would leave the college together on Saturdays , have their favourite Golbari Meat ( Golbari kasha mangsho ) and then head towards their homes. But Pande had started complaining that since the last few weeks Pinky is always in a greater hurry to reach his home. He does not even care about the food outside which they had considered necessary to keep their taste buds alive. Sometimes Pinky forces to go home too early may be for that they have to miss some classes on Saturday.
